Due to the nature of our product and international shipping costs, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

However, if your bhoki Mixing Palette arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
