Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Returns
We only accept returns or refunds if an item:

Arrives damaged

Is defective

Or if the incorrect item was sent
To report an issue, please contact sales@bhoki.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the problem. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Where a return is required due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs, where applicable.
Hygiene & Personal-Use Items
Our products are classified as personal-use beauty tools. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or tested, even if cleaned.
Opening the packaging solely to inspect the item for damage or defects does not count as use.
Once an item has been used, tested with product, or handled beyond inspection, it becomes non-returnable.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once an item has been opened or used, it becomes non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
