Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number, where available.

Shipping Delays

bhoki is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@bhoki.com and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

bhoki cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and work with you to reach a suitable resolution.
